Privacy, in one paragraph.

Here&Now has no accounts, no profiles, and no tracking. When you share a moment, we keep three things: the location you tagged, the photo or video file, and a 12-hour timer. After 12 hours the row and the media file are permanently deleted — automatically, by a job running every hour. That's it.

What we store

• The moment itself — place name, coordinates you picked, optional caption and vibe, the media file. Deleted within an hour of its 12h expiry.
• An anonymous session id — a random UUID generated in your browser. It's used only so we can attribute the upload to the same browser that posted it. No email, name, IP log, device fingerprint or analytics attached.

What we don't store

• No name, email, phone, or password.
• No login. No "profile."
• No analytics or session replay.
• No behavioral tracking across visits.
• No selling, sharing, or marketing — there's nothing to sell.

Third parties

Maps and place search are powered by Google Maps; their tiles and autocomplete calls reach Google directly from your browser. Hosting and the moment database run on Lovable Cloud.
